We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@stylesbear.com within 30 days of purchase.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (if applicable)
